about Maribeth |
Maribeth Overland has spent the majority of her life passionately committed to helping people and organizations tap their authentic leadership potential. Her work as a motivational speaker and arts administrator, working at the local, regional and state level, led Maribeth to pursue graduate work in the area of leadership and communication, receiving her M.S. from St. Cloud State University. She holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from the University of North Dakota. Additionally, Maribeth holds certifications in Arts Administration from the Hubert Humphrey Institute on Public Affairs, University of Minnesota; Mediation from Hamline University, and Enneagram Training from the Enneagram Institute and Olive Branch Way, LLC. Maribeth currently serves as the Joint Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development at a private, liberal arts college. She most recently has developed and initiated a values-based leadership certificate program, resulting in more than 5,000 participants and 150 certificates awarded in the first two years of the program. Her life goal is to help others tap their leadership potential through the discovery of meaning, purpose, and authenticity. |
